A mental health follow-up visit provides ongoing support to assess your emotional well-being, monitor changes in symptoms, and evaluate your progress with treatment. During the visit, we discuss how you have been feeling since your previous appointment, including mood, anxiety, sleep, stress levels, concentration, and day-to-day functioning. We also review current medications or other treatments when applicable, address concerns or changes in your mental health, and make adjustments to your care plan as needed.
